A national hospital group needed its operational data working for management, and its internal knowledge working for staff.

What we built
An executive intelligence platform with a dedicated CEO panel and a daily operational health index. A fully on-premise document AI for internal IT manuals, running with zero commercial AI providers. A governed document search platform with role-based access and full audit trail.
Outcome
Leadership sees the state of the operation in one screen. Sensitive knowledge stays inside the organisation.
